Refund Policy
We regret to inform you that refunds or replacements will not be offered in cases where customers provide an incorrect shipping address.
However, we do offer refunds in the following situations:
(1) Items must be returned in their original condition using the return label provided by us.
(2) Please email us at support@wordsandlove.com with your name, order number, and reason for the refund request.
We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee, but a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Once we receive your returned item and everything is processed, your refund will be issued. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
Please do not return your purchase to the address it was shipped from.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the issue. Please send an email to support@wordsandlove.com
Replacements
If a product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturer's error, or if we mistakenly ship the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. To initiate the replacement process, you need to send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item to us, and we will generate a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item.
If an order is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement. We rely on the tracking number to determine if an order has been delivered or lost in transit.
If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered, but you claim that you did not receive it, we will require you to provide a claim ID from your local post office. Once we validate your claim, we will send a replacement to you.
Returned to Sender
If you provide an incorrect address and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you, but you will be charged a shipping and handling fee. If you opt not to have us reship the order, we will issue a refund, but it will not include the original shipping costs, priority processing, or insurance. Additionally, there will be a 30% restocking fee.
Sometimes packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier, or they end up lost in transit. In these cases, we cannot receive the package back, and we can provide only a 50% store credit towards a new item.
If you provided the correct address, we will reship your order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.
Order Cancellation
Please note that all of our products are printed on demand and customized to each customer's specifications at the time of purchase. Therefore, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. Orders for apparel, mugs, and ornaments cannot be canceled or modified at all.
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging, and we make no guarantees about their condition.
Warranties
Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts for 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered.
International Shipping
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our base price. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees, as each country has different customs duties and taxation laws.
